please create master key in the database or open master key in the session

  Hi

  Bascially we have migrated database from sql server  2014 to 2022 . database had certificates and symmetric key.And now he have identified that one of job is failing with error : "please create master key in the database or open master key in the session before performing the operation"

  We donot have link to source server and we alos donnot that know credentails which were used to create those certificates or keys

  Know what steps we should take to reslove this issue ?

  Also like to know how/steps to migrate database which have certificates /keys
