  Microsoft's FAQ answer about Personal Edition Licensing doesn't really answer questons about my situation.

  We have about 6 laptops loaded with Personal Edition, a copy of our production database, and our application code.

  Our clients use these laptops only to demo our web site in places without connectivity. We have a valid per processor license for our production database server.

  Anyone know if this situation would require us to get a license for each laptop? After looking at the Microsoft FAQ about it, I'm leaning towards not having to license them separately but I wasn't sure.

  As I understand it (perhaps wrongly, who can decipher the damned agreements) you have all the licenses you need.
