Number one is NOT true if the table and views reside in different databases and
DB chaining is turned off.
( I don't use DB chaining so I don't know what it is if it is turned on.)
To do a select using the view the table must have select rights turn on.
The use of Dynamic SQL also breaks DB owership chaining.
Number 2 might be True, I know nothing to make me think other wise but have no
experience one way or the other.
