I have a user who is trying to manage a report, but is getting a "permission granted to user …. are insufficient for performing this operation. The user has content manager permissions to this report and the folders above it. I tried rebooting the user's permission, granting site administrator permissions and recycling the reporting service to no avail. To test, I created another user who has just permissions to the one report and the user is able to right click and manage the folder. Any idea what the problem could be?
