Permission for creating Stored Procedure to particular user

  Hi,

  In the SQL Server 2000, i have created a user called user1 and granted permission for select, insert, update and deleting the rows in a specified tables along with for creating or altering stored procedure.

  But in SQL Server 2005, i am not able to give permission for creating or altering stored procedure to the created user.

  I need a advise from experts.
