Hi Experts,
I am not so experianced with SQL server performance tunning process. Can you please guide me where to start from if some one says I have performance issues with your server.
I know it is not straight forward but still your direction to start with will greatly help me.

Try PAL reports from http://pal.codeplex.com.
It's an analysis tool based on Windows Performance Counter.
If your os other then english you'll need the add on PLT to translate your counters.
You've to setup the counter an run it for a time, ten check it with PAL.
It's a great Tool 🙂
