I have a question on how to analyze performance counters data. I have set up performance counters on my production machines and they are pushing data to a training server. I have been collecting data for a couple of weeks now and I want to put it into a graph so I can analyze trends. I am trying to develop these reports using MS Reporting Services but am having a lot of problems.
What tools (third party) or queries are used to analyze the performance counter results?

there have been a number articles on this site concerning this subject - information can be extracted from the sysperfinfo table.
