  Batch Requests/sec : 20

  SQL compilations/sec : 36

  SQL Recompilations/sec : 20

  Is this normal? Does the SQL compilations/sec seem high?

  It's just a very calm environment. Seems it's normal.

  Thank you but should the SQL compilations/sec be just 10% of the Batch Requests/sec ? ( I'm stating on based upon something I read)

  and the recompilation should be somewhere near to 0?

  and the recompilation should be somewhere near to 0?

  The numbers are small to keep up to the rules. At my environments the same counters are x20.

  Do not keep that much to the rules. Every environment is specific.

  I for example forse recompilation sor some SPs so my numbers are not close to the rules too, and everythig is running smoothly.
