I have set up Performance Dashboard and was quite pleased with the results, telling another DBA to right click the Instance in the Management Studio to check out the Reports.
Unfortunately they could not see the Reports. Do they need to carry out their own install by creating a project in VisualStudio or can I make my Reports available to a wider audience?

Check if the login has View Server State or above permissions on the instance.

Performance Dashboard must be installed on both the Server and each Mgt Studio Client to access the reports correctly. Each client will need to add it through Custom Reports option, which is only available if SP2 or greater has been installed on the Client.
