Our Server Team just did the default OCS (Office Communication Server) install for a pilot we are running. By default, the install uses SQL 2K5 Express. Part of my task is to monitor the database side of things to determine if/when we need to migrate the database elsewhere.
It would appear that the normal bout of perfmon counters for the Express instance did not install. I have not run into perfmon counters not installing since SQL Server 2000. I tried some loadctr commands and nothing seems to work.
Anyone know if this is a limitation of Express or OCS?
I find this very frustrating!
