Hi All,
I have two identical servers (TST & PRD) installed on two seprate machines. Both have identical databases, procedures and DTS running. But PRD is way too slow compared to TST. Some DTS packages are taking over 24 hrs to complete while the same takes only 30-40 mins on TST.
How can I figure out the problem.
Please help with detailed steps to a newbie.

Is the load the same on the two servers (number of concurrent users, concurrent queries)? Is the data size the same on the two servers?

the load is almost the same. The data on PRD is not more than 5-10% of TST. Infact a few days ago everything was okay.
What comparison tests can be performed (step by step please).
