Can anyone recommend a good source for SS2K8 books in PDF? Amazon seems to only offer Kindle e-books, which I do not want. Googling comes up with plenty PDF freebie books that are not very in depth. I'm perfectly happy to pay for decent books in PDF format. I really want to learn CLR in particular and the tutorial in books online is very scant (unless someone knows of an updated one?).
