Hello
On a server, I lack space on the C.
i have over 5GB of data in the folder "c:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\120\Setup Bootstrap\Update Cache"
Are these KBs just there for a shift and then more used? I think, but I would like to be certain, I am afraid to remove them. It is a PROD server
Thanks

Yes they are from service packs, CUs, patches. They would be used if/when removing patches.
