    Hi guys,

    Just wondering, is it possible to create PW on Stored Procedure? No one can execute or Alter any Store Procedure with Password?

    This would not be on an object level as within a procedure, one cannot do this from there. SQL Server provides a solid way of managing permissions on the dml, you should look into that.
