Come to think of it, that would be fun. Certify in Oracle just for the sake of having done it.
what do you mean with "fun" , are you being sarcastic?
No. One can get enjoyment out of becoming certified - as well as their job. Thus it could be called "fun."
If you're a MS-SQL dba and you learn Oracle that is a big boost on your resume and career itself.
No disagreement here.

I also passed this exam with 857 at 2010-3-10. This exam is not very difficult if you spend time to prepare it.

So what is next Sunny?
Do you have plans for an other exam?

I have taken 70-452 BI exam. What I remember from that exam was it was far more easier when compared with SQL2005 BI exams.
I think if you work on BI topics covering all BI tools (Reporting Services, Analysis Services including Dat Mining, and SSIS), it will be easier for you to be successfull in the exam.
Actually you plan to provide solutions for requirements in the exam.
So good luck!

Did transcender cover very subject that is on the exam. I did know when I took the 2005 it did not cover every subject. There were things in 2005 that I did not know about. I been using transcender and other books for the test. Well really one book. Delivering Business Intelligence is a very good book. 2005 was very hard. So 2008 is easier than 2005. I hope. I taking text here soon.

I did not purchase any transcender or anything but my feeling is that it should cover the lot at least on the high level. Books is good and having played is also good.
As I said before, you should check the table of contents of such books you mentioned above and read carefully the chapters you really might have had no chance to work with, such as data mining, Sharepoint integration etc.
Don't know if 2008 is easier for I have not done 2005, but judging by what people say it looks like it is.
Good luck

Many Congratulations for the achievement.
Can you please specify the Exam module number for BI certs...
I was earlier told that SQL Server certs are a prequisite before appearing for BI certs...
