  Hi i wanted ti get to know what is architecture or what are parts of sql server memory.I mean i keep reading/hearing words like procedure cache,buffer pool ,log buffer etc.....

  Are then any other pools ,buffer, cache

  Please tell me what are parts of sql server memory.or atleast provide links which have details about each and their working

  I would recommend that you read this book: http://www.red-gate.com/community/books/accidental-dba. At least read the section on memory to better understand the memory architecture.
