Yes, I've tried it in multiple browsers. I am logged in (top left corner says Welcome, Anthony Young-######). When I hit that url it takes me to http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Error/ instead and says "
Sorry, an error has occurred
If problems persist, please contact us to let us know.
"

No, that's the link to the twitter article. The article that went missing/broken is "StreamInsight - The Development Models" which was URL http://www.sqlservercentral.com/articles/StreamInsight/70160/ which was the original Part 3 article ("Pulling real-time data from Twitter using StreamInsight" was originally listed as Part 4 of the stairway series). The original part 3 article had a description of "An introduction to the three different development models in StreamInsight. How to use them and where."

Apparently, the article is being rewritten, it should reappear in a month or so. Microsoft has changed some of the information that was in there.
