Hello,
Is there an option in BIDS to display the Page Boundary on the design view? I would like to see how far to the right I can position controls without them spilling over and creating another page when printing.

Yes, and no. You can create a page as wide as you like, BIDS does not care.
What I do is I turn on the ruler. I am aware of my page size and margin definitions and I look at the ruler to tell where I am. For example. On a page that is 8.5 x 11, the page width is 8.5 inches. I have the margin set to 0.5 inches. This means I have 7.5 inches of work space. If my table/tablix/matrix, etc. expands past the 7.5 mark, I am on a second page.

You can also hit F4 to bring up the properties window for the body. This way you can change the width property to exactly the value you want and, if there aren't any objects that go beyond that boundary, it'll trim to that size.
One thing to keep in mind is that when you have objects of variable size like a tablix or a list box, RS will assign some space to it without telling you and your pages will spill over even though the additional page(s) appear to be blank. When that happens, you have to condense your content into a smaller and smaller space until the extra pages go away.
