PAE for HyperV server?

    Hi,

    Virtual OS: windows server 2008 enterprise 32 bit.

    Virtual memory: 16 GB

    For the 32 bit HV system, does applicable for PAE Forceenable in HV virtuval server?

    Please confirm.

    Thanks for provide that Link. HyperV best pratices.

    1. PAE x86 system can applicable on host operating system and it allows using more than 4GB.

    2. PAE x86 virtual system can not applicable on guest operating system. It is maximum limit is 3.6GB only, thus this technology.

    so I have two HV server 32 bit guest OS. Both are not utilize more than 3.6 GB memory even more virtual memory.

    1. server virtual memory 8GB

    2. server virtual memory 16GB

    Could you confirm me, Does it support /3GB switch on HyperV serve in Guest OS windows 32 bit?

    As per MS Link PAE x86 does not support HyperView server on guest Windows 2008 32 bit.
