    Any clues on how to fix this.   This is what I get when I click the manifest file.

    ok it is very late and I am still playing with this.  It has something to do with the server it is on.

    The server is called bloodhound and there are multiple problems I am having beside this.  If I launch the manifest file from my local pc it works and I can create a job and life goes on.  I can not do this from the server though.  Can anyone help me with some ideas why it seems to be locking me out.  I have already installed SQL2K5 again and result is the same.
