Hi All,
We're fairly new to SSIS development here, and I've recently taken over a package that was built by someone else, but when I load the package, I get a message saying that it is corrupt. It eventually loads and I can see it all in BIDS, but cannot see the variables in the variables window. They do appear in the "pacakge explorer" tab though.
I've tried build, clean, rebuild to no avail. We're using subversion for source code control and I have the same directory structure as the person who built the original package.
Is it possible to fix this 'package corruption'? If so, how? I would rather not rebuild the package (even though it is a small package) because when we get onto the larger packages, we may have this problem in the future, and I'd like to know how to fix it.
thanks,
niall

Has any fix been found for this?? I am experiencing the same problem after a BIDS crashed.

Never mind, they spontaneously reappeared.

Jon - your message popped up on my screen this morning, and I cannot remember what the issue was, or how I fixed it unfortunately.
