Ownership of SPROCS on destination machine

    How do I move SPROCS from a database on one machine to a database on another machine and at the same time set the SPROCS as belonging to the dbo on the destination machine?

    You can use a third party tool, like SQLCompare from RedGate or you can script out the sprocs and execute the script on the dest machine. If they are owned by someone else, use search and replace to fix this before running the script.

    Is there a quick and easy way of creating 60 already written SPROCs in a specific database?

    As Steve suggested, script them out of Enterprise Manger and execute the script in Query Analyzer on the destination server.  It should only take a few minutes.
