Is there possibility for a SQL job to output file to two different paths in Advanced Option in the Job step?

Don't think so but you could try adding another step to copy the file to another location.

That's a definite no. If you want an output file from some process to end up in more than one destination, then either modify that process to deposit it's output into multiple locations, or add another job step to copy the file to the other location.
