Can you explain your question further? Databases don't become orphaned....

DB backup brought from a different server and when trying to restore - it is showing - orphan database. I googled and found that it is related to user unavailability. Please explain a bit.

Where is it showing and what exactly is it showing?
Users can certainly be orphaned, databases however can't, so it's not completely clear what your problem is.

Check BOL "Troubleshooting Orphaned Users"- probably this is what you are looking for
