There is no other site out there that compares to SQLServerCentral.com - The many that contribute and the way it's formatted is what makes the site rival all others and succeed. I fortunately/unfortunatelt also backup the Oracle DBA here - especially in the NT environment. Is there an OracleCentral.com type site out there?

Not that I know of. There are some good Oracle sites, but since I don't do Oracle, I don't have any refs for you. Might try a Google search for your version.
