Oracle like start command in SQL Server 2000

  Hi all. I have to update a lot of records frequently at my job. I was seeking something like the start command of Oracle in SQL Server 2000 because I have a lot of data already in text documents. Please help.

  Have you check "osql" utility which allows running SQL scripts against Sql 2000?
