Following is a quick analogy:
Oracle SQL Server
----------------------------------------------------
PL SQL = T-SQL
Forms = Visual Studio.NET (Windows & ASP.NET forms)
Reports = SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
Datawarehousing = SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)
BI = SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
Designer = Database Diagrams

Thank you. How about Oracle Portal -What is the equivalent tool in SQL Server.

The equivalent of Oracle Portal from Microsoft is
SharePoint Server
I would like to clarify at this point that SharePoint Server is not exactly
the equivalent tool of Oracle Portal in SQL Server
but it is the equivalent tool of Oracle Portal from Microsoft.
This clarification stands for the previous posting also.

Maz
