  On SQL2019, i get an error trying to compile the code.

  Msg 13822, Level 16, State 1, Procedure MyOpenRowSetTest4, Line 4 [Batch Start Line 7]

  File 'd:\downloadedfiles\filethatdoesntexist.txt' cannot be opened because it does not exist or it is used by another process.

  I also modified it to test if the drive/folder was the cause of the failure to compile, but it was the missing file that prevented the compilation.
