Only send subscription if recipient appears in report

  Hi, is there a way (or related article/forum post) that enables a subscription to only send an email to the recipients that the report is relevant to?

  Our report contains the email address of the person that made the reservation and our subscribers list contains the email addresses of all staff. When the subscription fires, we only want to send an email to a subscriber that features on the reservation report.

  Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

  If you have the Enterprise Edition of SSRS you can create a data-driven subscription.

  In step 3 you could do an inner join between your list of subscribers and the mail addresses in the report.
