I'm not sure what you mean by an online notification. Do you mean having data on a web page, or do you mean an e-mail, or something else?

i mean that like when the CPU hits 90% an email notification will be send to the administrator or when there is a dead lock...etc..

I think Notification Services can do that.

You can set performance counter alerts in Alerts to let you know things, but be careful. The CPU will jump to 100% often on a busy server, and that doesn't mean something is wrong. If it's 100% for more than 4 or 5 minutes, I might get concerned.
Quest, sqlSentry, Idera, Microsoft all make products that can help alert you. Really you need a good third party solution to prevent constant alerts.

I have used MOM briefly and What's Up Gold, but not Idera. You can download an eval and give it a try. See what you think. Most of these package are similar, just need to pick one that works for you.

I used different Idera products at my previous job (Diagnostic Manager, SQLSafe, Compliance Manager). They were pretty good. As suggested, get the free demos from various companies and see which you like best for the money. Idera will discount quite a bit from "retail" price. Although their yearly maintenance is based on a percentage of MSRP, not what you paid the first year.
