We've got a beta feed you can try:http://www.sqlservercentral.com/sscrss.xml
not sure, if it is intentionally if I should see the XML code. Must I change some settings?

Not sure if Brian will see this for a day or two, we're all meeting in Orlando on Thursday.Does this mean he is out of reach for some time?
I'm anxiously awaiting an off-forum reply from him

You need an RSS Reader. I am about to try FeedDemo (in beta) from http://www.bradsoft.com/feeddemon/index.asp
Everything is going RSS these days, might be worth it if I see what its all about. 😀

Hi uitforums,

not noticed yet. My previous mail came in as expected. ???
As for your hint on a RSS reader, your link isn't really an option for me, because it requires IE6. Here at work we have IE5.5
But anyway, I thought (and wish) that could be done with my standard email client Outlook. Although it seems to be right now a hip technology, I certainly don't want an extra programm for this.
Cheers,
Frank

I dont remember seeing an Outlook add-in yet. Most of the RSS readers are fairly simple apps, worth trying a couple just to get a feel for different ways to solve the same problem.

Yes, it's just another app.
One for mail, one for news, one for rss....
This isn't really satisfying.
However, could there be an issue with my network admin and our firewall?
Cheers,

again just a little bit too quick.
The one I've mentioned above is an Outlook Add-In
http://www.newsgator.com/default.aspx
but requires IE6

Haven't gotten one in a long while. actually, no mail to my sqlservercentral.com mail address. Not sure if there's an issue.

Hm...seems to be fixed
Thanks!
But what this time was new, was that some mails got through but without any content, no mail body!
Are you trying to keep this issue interesting

Mine may be that my mail server no longer is accepting the forward... I'm going to repoint my profile temporarily.
