    s there a way to get a list of SP's and/or views that have been created or modified bettween two dates?

    I'd say start with this and decide what type_desc you need to check:

    SELECT name, object_id, type_desc, create_date, modify_date

    FROM sys.objects;

    My thought question: Have you ever been told that your query runs too fast?

    My advice:
    INDEXing a poor-performing query is like putting sugar on cat food. Yeah, it probably tastes better but are you sure you want to eat it?
