I have been tasked with searching out a consultant who knows something about the situation my company find themselves in...
Namely we are upgrading all our servers and from SQL 2000 to 2005 (in 2 strange cases SQL 7 - 2005).
What we are seeking are people with SQL 2005 Architectual Design experience to go through and verify our plans... possibly more.
So I'm wondering if any of you good people work for a consultancy or have been involved in a massive SQL 2005 upgrade that included redesigning the Architecture

You could do a lot worse than using Conchango (from a satisfied customer). They have probably more MVPs working for them than any other company, and have been involved in SQL2005 since the alpha releases.
