  I need to know the logic / sql to achieve cumulative sum or running total ?

  Please give a minimal code to achieve this which is easily understandable.

  CITY_ID STATE_ID CITY_NAME DATA Cumulative Sum

  1 2 Ohio 100 100

  2 1 Las Vegas 200 300

  3 1 Carson City 300 600

  4 4 Helena 900 1500

  5 4 Billings 700 2200

  6 5 Austin 1100 3300

  7 2 Cleveland 2000 5300
