I like to know the query to find out all the offline database information like when they went offline, when they used last time and who is the user/owner of those databases.
You can get most of that from sys.databases. It doesn't show when databases went offline. That can be in the error log, assuming it hasn't rolled over. I'm not sure if that's stored somewhere else in the system or not.
