I am trying to connect to MYSQL as a target/destination via ODBC. I am getting this error, pls assist?

kindly keep this to a single thread - you have 3 threads all around the same issue for no real reason.
also a search on google immediately gives a results that contains the EXACT message you are getting - so maybe you should spend a bit more time in google before asking for help on a forum where most will not be using MySql - so while you may get some help here in many cases the help will be from one of us doing the search in google to see what pops up.
