ntext in storedprocedure

    In a storedprocedure i want to send with cdonts a report html, i have the problem that i cant save in a var htmltext>8000 caracters.

    Its possible to save inside a stored proc a >8000 caracts text? i know that text,ntext or image its possible.

    Any help plz?

    If you need that many characters I think it will be a lot Better to generate a template file and handle that outside of TSQL. ntext ,or  any BLOB type for that matter, are not very friendly to dealwith in TSQL
