I was at PASS and it was awesome, I didn't get a chance to talk with you guys but did admire the shirts other people received! I had already registered before I knew you had that promotion. 🙁
I enjoyed the magazine you gave out and assume I am now subscribed to it, if not I want to be.
For those that have not went to a PASS or a DevConnections, they are well worth their money.

If you're a PASS member (and you are if you attended the conf) you get the subscription free, next issue out in January sometime.

Thanks Andy, It's always great to hear about the conventions from someone who actually went there as a paying customer, rather than from someone's PR machine. I'll be at PASS in Orlando just to get the free ($1000) shirt.

Thanks for the great article, Andy. It seems like the conference was all work and no play. Hopefully, there will be more PASS social events next year in Orlando. Maybe you could organize an exclusive SQL Server Central party at one of the local bars for the 180+ SSC attendees to meet everyone else. Someplace like a Dave & Busters would be awesome (although I know there isn't a Dave & Busters in Orlando yet). We could all wear our 2004 SSC shirts with pride !!!

Yes, we are actually going to do an exclusive party of some sort this coming year for those who register with us. We're also going to have the shirts handed out a registration vs at the welcome reception. It was a bit of chaos this year handing them out and we didn't have time to enjoy the group of people.
