Not able to run Sql server reporting service.

  Hi Guys,

  While starting the reporting service manually. I am getting the following error.

  Could not start Sql server Reporting Services(MSSQLSERVER) service on local Computer.

  Error: the service didnot repond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

  Could anybody will help on this.

  SQL 2000 or SQL 2005?

  In 2005, open up the Reporting Services Configuration.

  Make sure all the settings are configured.

  In 2005, changes to services should always be done through these utilities.
