Good morning everyone,
I have had this SSIS package that has an Advanced Email and SMS task from Task Factory that I am using to send emails in a loop with a file attachment (excel file with 3 tabs). I receive the error "Non-Success DATA terminator response" and the job fails. However, the job does not actually fail. The job completes and everyone receives their emails. The problem is that I cannot figure out what this error message is actually indicating. Googling doesn't give me a lot of information regarding SSIS or task factory. Does anyone know what this is indicating or where I can find more information? This isn't a LF or carriage return issue that I can tell since its a very simple email message with the attachment. I previously wasn't "reusing" my SMTP connection but I am now. This has worked for months prior without an issue. Nothing changed that we can tell on the SSIS server. I run the job locally and I just received these errors "Failed to read RCPT TO response" and "Failed to receive data on the TCP socket."
Anybody have any idea where to go, what to do?
Thank you,
Chris

As that is a third-party paid add-on, can you get support from the TF team?

Yes I can however, I do not believe it is coming from Task Factory. This does not appear to be a vendor issue at first glance so trying to see if others receive this same issue because I have seen some things on google that are unrelated to Task Factory.

Sorry, but I've never seen it before. If the error is generated when the TF task runs, I think it is reasonable to ask for support from the vendor, even though you believe that this is not related to their software. Maybe they've seen it before.

I did. They are looking into it. They don't believe its on their end but they are doing the work.
Thank you!
