We are going to setup bi-directional replication between SQL Server 2016 Standard Edition and Oracle 11g HP-UX, however, I am not sure whether replicating to non-SQL Server subscriber is not available in SQL 2016?
We should change to use Change Data Capture and SSIS ?
But they are only available in SQL Server Enterprise Edition, right ?
Can I still use SSIS (Standard Edition) to exchange data to and from Oracle 11g HP-UX in batch mode ?

With regard to your last question, I'm pretty sure ODBC isn't about to disappear any time soon. You can always install the Oracle ODBC drivers on the SQL Server box and use SSIS to your hearts content.
