  I was reading this article :

  While searching the Net for an answer to my question which was :

  Why can't I see the stored procedure on a linked server?

  The linked server is 2005 and mine is 2008 R2, is it normal I can't see the stored procedures on the linked server?

  It depends on the security rights you have, if I'm not mistaken.
