Newly created login can not see/connect to user database

You've got different configs or permissions in the instances. That's where things aren't working. I'm guessing the top one has some permissions on public revoked

Just "bumping" this because of the "1 Post on another Page won't display" problem that this forum has. I really wish they'd fix this issue.
