New tool as part of Visual Studio 2010 for rapid development against SQL Server?

  I thought I had seen part of a video on-line where Microsoft was doing a demo of something for SQL Server and Windows that seemed like it would be a bit like Oracle Application Express.

  I can't seem to find anything on it now, does such a beast exist and if so where can I find out more about it?
