Hello,
I am somewhat new to SSRS and have a basic question...
If I create a report using the report wizard will I still be able to alter all areas of that report the same way I would if I created the report as a new item? I know there are 2 ways to create a report in SSRS, well 3 if you include XML (using report wizard and right clicking on reports and choosing "add new item"), but am I limited when using the report wizard or does it not matter?

You can still alter any area as you please.
The wizard is just a shortcut to get you started.
Although, if you have for example chosen a table report in the wizard, but later on you want a matrix, it's quite difficult to get there. Possible, but difficult.

Thanks so much for the quick reply and the tablix/matrix tip. I figured that it wouldn't matter but wanted to be sure. I have a deadline for next Wednesday.
