    SQL is a BIG subject....as you don't give any details of what areas you are involved in, here is a link to some very good articles on this site to give you a start.

    I'd recommend starting with some of hte articles in the "stairways" series, here on SQL Server Central:

    those articles are on subjects and build up from basic information to more and more features about that subject;
