Hi all,
I am new to powershell and learning it to make mylife easy to work as SQL DBA, can you please provide me the information related to Powershell and blogs or online references.

I very strongly recommend you get a copy of Don Jones book, PowerShell 2.0 TFM. It doesn't get into SQL Server much at all, but it will give a very solid foundation in the right way to use PowerShell.
After that, blogs by Allen White, Sean McCown & Aaron Nelson are excellent resources to expand into SQL Server with PowerShell. But I'd start with Don Jones book.
