Sorry, still waiting that my wife has read her books so that I can start
Problem with no being allowed to type in the message area seems to be fixed for me now.
...and no further posts to this topic from me, Andy! I'll promise.
Instead I'll add them to the list we talked about, ok?

Very nice !
Seems to me the "edit post" does not always give an editable inputbox. + the "old" text is not in it by default.
Glad to have the "print topic"-feature.
Great to be "Super poster".
A pitty about the stars, but the volume-boxes will do just fine.
Happy 2004

On the QOD forum, there is the list of threads. To the left of the thread title there are two columns. One has an envelope the other is usually empty. However for thread "QOD 5th Jan 2004" there is a smilie. What does the smilie column identify?

I agree, very nice! Although the new avatars means Frank can scare all of us with that shark!

Nope, Sir! That's not my intention!
Meanwhile I've seen the movie four times with my son in cinema. He can recite most parts.
However, I am deeply impressed by carcharodon carcharias (aka the Great White Shark), maybe one day when I feel suicidal tendencies and enough underwater with me I'm going to places like Seal Island False Bay, South Africa (Beware Crappy :cool for cage diving.
Unfortunately the new forum does not support a cool sites feature like Snitz, but this http://www.apexpredators.com/ is amazing.

How do I log off? I clicked on LOGOUT, got the main page, clicked on LOGOUT on the menu bar, clicked on LOGOUT on the menu bar, clicked on....
FINALLY, I just closed the browser. Openned the browser later, went to http://www.sqlservercentral.com and was already logged in.
I haven't been able to log myself out of the site yet.

Hmpfh, can't edit my post...
I didn't mean '...and enough underwater with me...' but rather '...and have enough underwear with me...'
But your flower, Brian, is not bad at all
Hey, I really like the new smilie feature...

- aparently I can only "reply with quotes". Normal reply does not have an accessable textbox.
- can you provide the toppic's subject in the reply-notifications-email ?

We're working on the text box bug. The notification idea is added to the list, will be a few days.
January 7, 2004 at 5:48 am
The old forum allowed you to subscribe at a forum level and receive all posts to current and new threads.
However, the new forum appears to only allow you to subscribe at a thread level and therefore will not send out notifications of new threads.
Having the emails being sent out against a forum allows users to have SSC as a kind of background task.
So can forum level subscriptions be added?

We'll definitely add that, its not part of the base package. Not sure on timeframe yet, Im hoping within a week. Got a few urgent bugs to resolve first.
