In SQL SERVER 2008 The Following Are The New Features
-->TVP(Table valued Parameters)
-->grouping sets(advanced to group by clause)
-->new datatypes regarding datetime Are introduced (date,time,datetime2,datetimeoffset...)
-->Merge Statement
