Hi,
I am working on an application in an area in where we need to change our db structure quite often.
So what I am looking for is a tool which can compare two databases (only the structure (tables, columns, indexes, constraints,...)) and shows me the differences.
It would be great if such a tool can help me also with the conversion from the older version to the newer version.
Cheers,

Thanks!!
This is exactly what I am looking for..
Does anyone know some more tools so we can do a good comparison between them?

ApexSQL has a nice product as well, frequently advertised here.
There are lots of others as well, a quick Google for "sql server database compare" will find you a whole bunch. Price/quality varies, Red-Gate and ApexSQL both have nice products.

I use Redgate for exactly this purpose and I consider it to be an excellent tool.

I am using "XSql Object Compare" to keep databases in sync. It is doing a great job.
